Survey

Every project starts with a survey. Whether it is an empty plot of land, a property that is due for demolition or an extension to an existing property.

Every planning application has the requirement to provide "as existing drawings" but more vitally the survey drawings, allow us to fully understand your current building affording us the opportunity to start the design process in the field, by visualising how a design will sit in the context of its environment.

Design

Often the most exciting part of any project for the client is the design stage, starting to see your vision come to life. You may be very clear on what you are wanting to achieve, and how the aesthetics will work, or you are happy to take your lead from one of our talented designers.

We work closely with our clients, to ensure that we deliver the results that they are wanting whilst being conscious of budget constraints. It is our aim to deliver your project within budget.

We use the latest in 3D drawing technology, to bring your vision to life, to give you the opportunity to see the final result, before you have committed to the build.

Planning

Submitting your planning application to the local authority should be a straightforward process, but the requirements from the local authorities, can vary depending on what you are applying for, as well as other considerations such as conservation areas, listed buildings, etc.

We have worked with local authorities on hundreds of different projects, and we have very high success rate of securing planning approval.

Whilst we can't guarantee that you will get your approval, we will work tirelessly and explore all the avenues available to us to get you the result you desire.

Construction

Working from your planning approved drawings, we can provide detailed construction drawings enabling your build to come to life, whist ensuring the materials specified meet current building regulation requirements,

We work with trusted partners within the construction industry and are able to offer you a complete design and build package, or alternatively, we can co-ordinate with a Structural Engineering, and Building Control Inspectors to ensure the drawings that we provide meet all current regulations and will enable your chosen builder to complete your project.
